I am also excited to share a very important framework with you in this episode. It is the foundation for the consulting work that I am doing on culture and organizational health.
A THRIVE Culture addresses employees feeling work overload, lack of control, and experiencing insufficient rewards, a breakdown of community, absence of fairness, and value conflict within their organization.
The acronym highlights the six pillars that guide organizations to provide a healthier organization overall and to cultivate a more aligned culture.
T = Tribal Values
H = Helpful Tools and Processes
R = Responsive Listening Strategies
I = Inspiring Inclusivity and Connection
V = Visible Career and Development Opportunities
E = Empowering Rewards and Recognition
